Wellbeing for Home Schoolers

We are currently working with local schools to support families navigating home schooling and government restrictions.


We have collaborated with 'Yoga with Lis' to facilitate a 4 week programme of mindfulness practice, breathing, and yoga.


Techniques that are accessible and easy to incorporate into daily routines and busy family environments.
