

Flow
Beginning with a flow of movement drawing inspiration from Yin Yoga and Tai Chi to release tension from the physical body and expand the breath.
A mindful practice connecting the movement, breath and awareness to the present moment.
Once settled in comfortable stillness you will be led in a guided meditation followed by a flow of sound vibrations to soothe your body and mind bringing harmony and balance.

Sound Bath
A Sound Bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit.
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery.
Everything in the Universe, including our body, is composed of vibrations.

We have resident Yoga & Pilates instructors which incorporate
all aspects of well being into their classes.
